Cancellation policy
Kojier releases are prepared with intention. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact support@kojier.com as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and can only be approved if the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled. If the item is eligible, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, Kojier may offer select pieces as a pre-order.
Pre-order items are purchased before they are ready to ship. Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page when available. These dates are estimates and may shift due to production, fulfillment, or carrier delays.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item will ship at a later date.
Pre-orders may be canceled only if the order has not entered production, processing, or fulfillment. Once a pre-order has moved into production or fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled.
If a pre-order item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@kojier.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale, limited release, or non-returnable cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
