Kojier currently ships to residential addresses in the United States and Canada.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding services. For security, some orders may require billing and shipping verification before fulfillment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and verification before shipment. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout, carrier availability, destination, and any delays outside of Kojier’s control.

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Kojier is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments. The customer is responsible for filing any claims directly with the shipping carrier.

U.S. Shipping

Orders shipping within the United States are shipped through available carrier services shown at checkout.

Canada Shipping

Orders shipping to Canada are shipped through available carrier services shown at checkout.

Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, or additional charges required once the shipment reaches Canada. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
